Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Creative Executive Assistant & Family Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is culturally aware, globally-minded, creative, responsible, and digitally savvy. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our family, which includes two children aged 7 and 9, while also assisting in the smooth operation of our creative endeavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the creative family members, including managing schedules, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Assist with childcare responsibilities for two children aged 7 and 9, including planning educational and cultural activities.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, helping the family navigate new environments and fostering a global mindset.
  • Support the expansion of our business globally by assisting with administrative tasks, research, and project management.
  • Maintain a keen design eye to ensure our creative projects meet high aesthetic standards.
  • Stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and proactively problem-solving.
  • Embrace opportunities for learning and growth, both personally and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or entrepreneurial environment.
  • A passion for travel and exploration, with a willingness to accompany the family on their global adventures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive attitude and a love for learning about the world around you.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a natural aptitude for technology.
  • A genuine interest in the fields of space travel, mental health, sustainability, and fashion.
  • Must be open, honest, and adaptable to change.
