Job Summary:

Haven Insurance Group is looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of a team. As a producer you’ll be growing your own book of business within the agency. You’ll be trained in processes, procedures, and how to obtain new business.

Characteristics Needed:

•          Strong critical thinking skills

•          Detail oriented

•          Able to learn quickly and follow processes that are in place

•          Strong communication skills

•          Ability to create strong relationships with customers and team members

•          Enjoys working as a part of a team

Responsibilities:

•          Prospect and obtain new business on your own

•          Grow your book of business by working with our service team

•          Manage and maintain your book of business

•          Provide excellent customer service

•          Follow processes and systems we have in place

 

Qualifications:

·       Prior insurance experience preferred but not required.

·       Must attain Property & Casualty license prior to start date. Agency will pay for the cost associated with state licensing.

·       Proficient in computers, particularly Microsoft Office and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures.
