Inventory Specialist

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual for a client company. You'll be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing our stock levels. This role involves using inventory management software (NetSuite), conducting physical counts, and collaborating with other departments.

Job Type: Hourly/Full-Time
Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:30 AM - 4 PM 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels
  • Conduct physical inventory counts
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Improve inventory processes
  • Use inventory management software (NetSuite)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory management software 
  • Forklift experience preferred (Sit Down/Stand Up) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, computer skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
