Paralegal duties will include but not limited to:

  • Drafting discovery
  • Responding to discovery
  • Preparing motions to compel discovery
  • Preparing notices of depositions
  • Subpoenaing records and witnesses
  • Summarizing deposition transcripts
  • Preparing exhibits for trial
  • Coordinating witnesses for trial
  • Preparing jury instructions, witness list, exhibit list, motions in limine for trial
