Looking for top talent to learn, grow and become more long-term members of our tremendous team.  We are looking for recent graduates, or someone with several years of experience to work in the business-to-business environment and help our team provide customer support to our valued customers. We have enjoyed long-term success in our marketplace with a tried-and-true customer base over nearly the past 70 years.

The position is for business-to-business sales and application support of commercial, intuitional, health care and industrial heating / ventilating / air conditions (HVAC) equipment we market from our partner companies. You will interact with a wide range of facilities, clients, contractors and engineers. Although our main priority is selling commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning equipment, we are technical puzzle solvers, with outgoing personalities and a strong service work ethic. We exist on customer relationships so building friendships with our clients is key.

Your days will be diverse and challenging, pulling from multiple skills such as project management, sales order processing, customer support, salesmanship, technical research, marketing, goalsetting, business processes, customer service, relationship building and reading floor plans and specifications for many different types of facilities.

You must have a competitive spirit, possess an optimistic personality, and think of problems as opportunities to serve customers. You must take the initiative to seek the next task without being directed to do so and engage in self-study with instructions and information available from your experienced co-workers and team members. As with many careers, success is tied to organizational skills, situational awareness, persistence, attitude, accuracy, and dedication to the task at hand.
