We are seeking a Foreman/Crew Lead to become an integral part of our team The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, quality control of products manufactured/installed, managing their crew and enforcing deadlines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving continuous improvement and achieving organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding project status.
• Perform installs of aluminum building products - residential and commercial.
• Lead and train assigned helper(s) in proper repair and small scope construction of a variety of products.
• Accurate record keeping – Time and material
• Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical, and professional manner always

​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction/management industry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
