Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Position will pay hourly, plus about 5 hours of OT per week, plus commission plan.  Total compensation expected to be in the $90K-$120K/year range depending on experience and ability.

Position will be in office about 3 days per week with 2 days work-from-home/remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails regarding sales of company products
  • Be knowledgeable in all areas of company products
  • Be able to accurately present quotes to prospective customers
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent with math and numbers in general
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
