A high-volume, growing, chef-inspired restaurant is looking for a personable, energetic, and passionate Chef de Cuisine for their Newington, NH location.

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale/fine dining
  • Ability to teach and develop high-performing teams
  • Maintain standards and cost controls
  • Experience managing a kitchen in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • 2 years min. experience
  • Seafood experience a plus

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and customer service
  • Proficiency in P&L knowledge and management
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
