Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our B2B sales team. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and a resilient attitude towards engaging with potential customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with business clients, and expanding our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

- Present and promote Robam's kitchen appliance products to prospective clients.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional activities.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Robam.

 

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude towards handling rejection.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
