Job Description:
Recovery Syndicate SUD Outpatient Treatment Center in Chandler, Arizona (recoverysyndicate.com) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Signing off on clinical documentation
- Providing clinical supervision for licensed staff (LPC preferred)
- Overseeing the clinical program curriculum
- Supervising clinical staff
- Credentialing with payers and AHCCCS
- Utilizing the KIPU scheduling and staff management system
- Understanding payer requirements and working with private insurance
- Maintaining a client-centered, trauma-informed approach
- In-Service training for staff

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

- Active Independent licensure in Arizona (LPC preferred)
- NPI#
- Experienced in clinical oversight and program management
- Credentialed with major payers
- Proficient in using the KIPU system for EHR,  scheduling and staff management
- Knowledgeable about payer requirements and experienced in working with private insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable working with clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions
- EMDR certified
- Flexible and open-minded, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based treatments and new medications
- Strong understanding of 12 step recovery
- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check

In addition to a competitive salary and health/dental insurance, the position offers:

- Weekday hours from 8am to 8pm
- Covered parking
- Paid time off (PTO)

Physical Requirements: The position requires walking, bending, standing, stair climbing, speaking and reading English, hearing, telephone use, driving, and operating office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
