Position Title: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $70K-80K

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Our client needs an Architectural Project Manager based in Cincinnati, OH. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
  • Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
  • Review and coordinate construction documents content with the construction project manager and consultants
  • Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
  • Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
  • Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
  • Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
  • Review project scope with construction project managers

 

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience required; Design-build experience a plus
  • Entertainment, light industrial (warehouse, distribution, cold storage), or commercial project experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related Engineering discipline
  • Revit and AutoCAD experience required. 3D modeling/rendering preferred
  • Licensure is a plus, not required
