OBJECTIVE:
The HR Coordinator would be responsible for assisting with recruiting functions and retention of employees, specifically on boarding. Help promote and ensure a positive culture with new employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned)

  • Monitor inquiries that are directed to the Human Resources phone line
  • Support in recruiting activities for various locations
  • Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors mentor program, writes and places advertisements
  • Assists with the various projects as directed by VP Of Human Resources
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by VP Of Human Resources
  • Bi-lingual; Spanish & English

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience

Experience:
3 – 5 years in Human Resources
Agriculture experience preferred

Work Environment:
Office setting (Pipestone, MN OR Brandon, SD)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Effective time management to meet deadlines
Detail oriented

Additional Requirements:
Some travel is required
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work
