Job Description:

As a National Account Manager at Talent Corps, you will lead the charge in managing and cultivating high-value client relationships across the nation. Your primary focus will be on strategically growing and nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent while providing consultative guidance that aligns with clients' national business objectives.

Required Duties:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients, fostering and sustaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Develop an intimate understanding of clients' national staffing needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with clients on a national level, utilizing your expertise to conduct in-depth needs assessments, offer tailored staffing solutions, and provide strategic guidance. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and national labor market conditions to offer informed insights.
  • Talent Acquisition: Direct and work closely with our recruitment teams to identify, source, and present top-tier candidates on a national scale. Ensure candidate alignment with clients' national business culture and requirements.
  • Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing national client accounts by offering comprehensive and integrated staffing solutions. Act as a strategic partner in helping clients achieve their national and corporate goals.
  • Complex Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate intricate national client contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and adhere to company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess national client satisfaction and performance, promptly addressing any concerns. Strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service at a national level.
  • National Market Research: Stay abreast of national market trends, competitors, and industry developments, providing clients with valuable insights and national recommendations.
  • Advanced Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of national client interactions, activities, and feedback. Generate comprehensive reports on national account status and performance

Required Skills:

  • Strategic Needs Analysis: Conduct a deep and comprehensive analysis of clients' national workforce needs, including understanding their long-term objectives, organizational structure, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Value-Based Selling: Develop the ability to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of your staffing services, aligning them with the strategic goals of national clients.
  • Solution Customization: Tailor staffing solutions to meet the specific needs of national clients, taking into account geographical variations, industry trends, and the nuances of each client's operations.
  • ROI Calculations: Proficiency in calculating and presenting the return on investment (ROI) of staffing solutions, demonstrating how they will positively impact the client's bottom line and overall business performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations for workforce planning, including predictive staffing models.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Develop the ability to engage with senior executives and C-suite clients, providing consultative guidance that addresses their strategic objectives and organizational challenges.
  • Change Management: Assist clients in navigating and managing changes in their workforce, whether due to expansion, downsizing, market shifts, or industry disruptions.
  • Multi-Location Coordination: If your clients have multiple national locations, demonstrate the capacity to coordinate staffing solutions across different regions, considering local regulations and cultural differences.
  • Competitive Positioning: Stay well-informed about the competitive landscape and the unique strengths that set your staffing solutions apart from competitors, positioning your services effectively.
  • Objection Handling: Master objection-handling techniques to address client concerns effectively, providing logical, evidence-based responses that alleviate doubts.
  • Relationship Management at Scale: Effectively manage and maintain relationships with a large number of national clients, demonstrating exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Market Forecasting: Provide clients with insights on future market trends, emerging talent shortages, and proactive solutions to stay ahead of workforce challenges.
  • Strategic Account Plans: Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline a clear path to achieving client objectives and expansion of national accounts.
  • Advanced Negotiation: Master the art of high-stakes, national-level negotiations, addressing complex contract terms, pricing structures, and performance-based agreements.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5  years of experience in national account management, preferably in the construction or medical staffing space
  • Advanced consultative selling skills, including a demonstrated track record of providing strategic staffing solutions to national clients.
  • Proven success in expanding national client accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expert knowledge of national labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot software and advanced data analytics.
  • Ability to travel.
