Breakthrough Counseling Services is seeking a part-time, evening Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, supporting providers, assisting with marketing, maintaining a sound work environment, and working with insurance companies. Candidates must be detail oriented, technically savvy, work well with customers and office team, and have a great work ethic. Prior medical office experience is preferred. This is ideally a part-time position for 15 to 20 hours per week Monday through Friday. Though hours can be negotiated. 

Breakthrough Counseling has two locations accepting for front desk positions one in Jefferson MD and one in Greencastle PA.
