  • Perform customer service duties, i.e. answering the phone, scheduling service appointments, and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up
  • Greet customers upon arrival to shop and cash out if they are picking up, or schedule their vehicle for maintenance, start a repair order for customers
  • Find out reason for customer visit through verbal interview
  • Consult with Service Advisor regarding appropriate service options and which mechanic or technician is appropriate for the job
  • Ring up customers at the front desk and facilitate financial transactions
  • Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Service Advisor or Manager
  • Must have great customer service skills, willing to teach the right person about the automotive industry (parts, services offered, etc.)
  • Must be able to answer phones and take detailed messages and know how to operate a computer
