Financial Analyst will manage day to day financial analysis requests for various clients and agency working closely with CFO and Finance Director

Responsibilities will include:

  • General financial analysis on office and client level
  • Preparation of Cost Outs or Staff Plans for Fees based on Salary and Rate Cards
  • Process various office related expenses and monitor including Award Show Expenses, New Business etc.
  • Run various time reports and analyze on an office and client level
  • Type of time analysis includes missing time, in review time and incorrectly coded time
  • Forecast revenue based on time in system by client
  • Calculated imputed revenue based on time in system and missing time not yet billed
  • Generate and update client budget summaries or trackers
  • Work with Account Directors to submit monthly and quarterly revenue forecast to finance
  • Work with Account Team to monitor monthly revenue, compare to forecast and work with Budget Coordinator to bill revenue based on “Budget Trackers”
  • Revenue oversight and reconciliation
  • Prepare and analyze Client Profitability Reporting
  • Sarbanes Oxley Reporting
  • G/L and Account analysis

Desired Skills and Experience

  • MUST HAVE ADVERTISING AGENCY experience
  • High level of proficiency of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite programs
  • Experience with D365 System and Cognos Systems
  • 2+ years of agency experience required
