Job DescriptionJob Description

Ignite Industrial Professionals is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Atlanta Market. This is an incredible opportunity to work with an employer that values you and your contribution to our team

Hours: 8a-5p

Pay: dependent on experience (includes a base salary, commission, mileage reimbursement, and other benefits)

Daily Duties:

- Identify potential customer leads, cold call, secure appointments, and execute a full cycle sales pipeline

- Utilize CRM and other tools made available to maintain and document sales prospects and all aspects of the sales process

- Engage local branch team to help ensure that we are delivering for our clients

- Entertain clients and prospects in a professional manner

- Retrieves detailed job orders from clients. Works closely with Operations/Clients to ensure hiring needs are understood and assist in developing a plan to meet client needs.

Requirements:

- 3+ years in staffing sales (highly preferred)/ Sales Experience

- CRM Experience

- High sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication

- Positive attitude
