As a project manager assistant at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, staffing, and managing of one time cleaning and maintenance services for our clients. To excel in this role, it is important to focus on maintaining consistent service quality, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key roles and responsibilities for this position include:

One-Time Projects:

  • Understand the Scope of Work (SOW) for each project and discuss with the Sales Representative to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Assist the project manager in creating a detailed project plan that includes tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure that all One-Time jobs are inspected by a Mega Supervisor and that Sign-Offs are received to guarantee quality assurance.
  • Maintain a calendar of one-time services

Subcontractor Management:

  • Assist in building and maintaining a network of reliable subcontractors to assist with various jobs.
  • Work with Mega Service Solutions to provide training and upskilling opportunities for subcontractors, enabling them to expand their capabilities.
  • Offer feedback on subcontractor performance to ensure that service quality is consistently maintained.

Problem Mitigation:

  • Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, contractors, and vendors to address any issues promptly.
  • Address client feedback and concerns to ensure their satisfaction with the project outcome and maintain positive relationships.

By consistently fulfilling these key responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the success of our One Time Services division. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to effectively manage resources will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16/Hour
