Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to help contribute and fuel the ongoing growth of our company. You will be responsible for taking part orders while obtaining and confirming client account information and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Customer Service Specialist must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable talking with customers over the phone and dealing with questions, doubts, and potential problems with a product.

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements

· Direct customer to the field sales team as needed.

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Take and process information in an accurate manner

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

· Go the “extra mile” to ensure a customer is heard and valued.

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

· Initial and ongoing training will give you the tools and knowledge to confidently assist customers

Requirements

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Cool-tempered and able to de-escalate callers if needed

· Computer skills for data entry and verification

· Self-motivating, reliable
