Position Description
This role is responsible for quality and excellence in all areas of the facility including equipment,
grounds, housekeeping, food service, and organizational procurement. The proper candidate will deliver
exceptional service to participants and staff.
Reporting & Supervisory Relationship
• Reports to the Vice President of Operations
• The Food Service Manager and Hospitality teams report to the Facilities Manager
Qualifications
• Has a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Ability to lead a team: relating and working well with others
• Models and delivers excellence in presentation and hospitality
• Has a positive attitude with a “servant’s” heart
• Strong execution orientation, being well organized and proactive
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years' experience in a facilities management role

Responsibilities

Time and Benefits
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

Leadership
• Lead and support the Food Service manager and housekeeping team
• Oversees contractors and service providers
• Participates in MTI Leadership meetings

Facilities
• Maintains overall facility, conducting proactive maintenance as needed
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair of all equipment
• Oversees fleet vehicle and Bobcat maintenance
• Provides outdoor grounds, lot, and landscaping maintenance, including snow removal
• Oversees any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects

Safety
• Provides and coordinates security support for the building.
• Leads and develops safety initiatives, providing training as needed
• Document and report all incidents to the Human Resources department

Fiscal
• Oversees all procurement efforts, delivering solid stewardship behaviors
• Ensures budgetary compliance in areas of responsibility

Other
• Flexibility and willingness to serve needs outside of the above listed as required by the Vice President of Operations
