Are you passionate about maintaining pristine pools and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Pool Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial pool facilities.

Position: Commercial Pool Technician

Location: Spring Area, Conroe Area 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of commercial pool facilities to ensure they meet safety and health standards.
  • Monitor water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed to maintain proper balance.
  • Conduct routine cleaning of pool surfaces, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing.
  • Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise with pool equipment or systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and chemical usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of pool chemistry and water treatment methods.
  • Ability to operate pool maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
