We are seeking a friendly, professional ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR to join our team and assist the Purchasing Manager as well as Coordinate Social Media posting for our organization.

In this role, you will assist with answering phones, greeting clients, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office.

Purchasing Responsibilities:

  • Expediting of purchase orders, and data entry support
  • Communicate timelines and issues with project team
  • Schedule & calendar delivery and installation appointments for project sites
  • Manage deliveries and returns and oversee any needed storage

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Create a quarterly social media calendar with support from our team
  • Creation of engaging photo content for social media platforms using our photo and blog libraries
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
  • Occasional site visits to take photos/video to use on social media and company website

Key Skills:

  • Self-starter with a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Word, Excel and Outlook experience
  • Social media knowledge
  • Desktop Photo/Video editing experience helpful
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask is required
