Job Title:  Construction Office Manager

What We Are Looking For

Excellent opportunity to become the Construction Office Manager for a small construction company that specializes in the design, sales, service and installation of a wide range of residential and commercial Trench Drain Systems and Collection Pits. 

The Construction Office Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the client’s construction company.

Compensation And Benefits

  • $25-$28/Hour

Your Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain project data into the company database (i.e. contracts, change orders, and invoices) 

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

  • Answer product and service related inquiries from customers, providing detailed information about products, including specifications and availability and assist with product-related documentation

  • Update clients on the status of their orders or services

  • Manage and resolve client issues escalating to the proper department when necessary 

  • Maintain records of customer interactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Manage office supplies, ordering and stocking when necessary

  • Accurately prepare, distribute and file 1099 forms for contractors and vendors

  • Prepare documentation for insurance audits, coordinating with insurance companies and auditors and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and standards. 

Qualifications We Require

  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
