Role Description

This is an on-site role as an Employment Specialist at Inclusion On Purpose located in Lafayette, CO providing services with in a 30 minute radius. As an Employment Specialist, your responsibilities will include communication with job seekers and employers, providing job coaching, development and counseling. You will play a crucial role in connecting neurodivergent individuals with meaningful job opportunities and supporting their successful integration into the workforce.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships
  • Experience in training and development
  • Passion for inclusion and working with neurodivergent individuals
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Experience in the field of neurodiversity or related areas
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Position services Boulder, Broomfield, West Adams and North Jefferson Counties. Service radius is a maximum of 30 min from our office in Lafayette.

Minimum 1 year disabilities services or related experience required.
