Job Description: Are you a self-starter with a passion for sales? Do you enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships? If so, we want to hear from you As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. This is a commission-based position, giving you the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products/services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
