CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

TYPE: Contract to Hire

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p (100% in office)

PAY: $18- $20 per hour DOE

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be the driving force in providing an exceptional customer experience, adept at managing fast-paced email communications, and committed to resolving customer issues with efficiency and empathy.

Key Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

·         Proven ability to manage high-volume email correspondence in a fast-paced environment.

·         Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a keen sense of urgency.

·         A track record of handling customer complaints and achieving satisfactory resolutions.

·         Account management and maintenance, including manual order entry and allocation of customer orders.

·         Facilitation of order intake through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.

·         Proactive engagement with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer service processes.

·         Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualification of the Customer Service Representative:

·         Microsoft Excel, Outlook

·         At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
