Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in a boat dealership or powersports environment, or a strong personal background in boating. This role is perfect for someone who loves the water, understands the ins and outs of boats, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom and ensuring that all displays are attractive and well-organized.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in boat sales, powersports sales, or a related field preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
