LaSalle Construction Services is a General Contractor Construction Management/Self-Perform Construction Company servicing a wide range of business segments and clientele which include many Fortune 500 companies. Due to steady and continuous growth LaSalle is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent in Stanton, Tennessee.

The Project Superintendent is the on-site lead and is responsible for supervising all tasks and crews, managing daily scheduling and logistics, and ensuring safety compliance, crew performance and work quality. The preferred candidate is high-energy, has 15+ years of experience, strong leadership and negotiating skills, and has knowledge of best practices. The ideal Project Superintendent for this project understands the high performance and high efficiency requirements. The new Ford Blue Oval plant requires 6-10’s and LaSalle is onsite to perform and exceed the expectations of the client.

Salary range: $75 to $110K

LaSalle candidate skillset and requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied self-performing trade disciplines
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction preferred but not required-related field preferred 15+ years of experience, additional relevant project experience is added value
  • Ability to read, understand and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans
  • Ability to understand and interpret safety laws and company policies and standards
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and industry quality practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activity’s vitals
  • Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively with others
