iStaffing is hiring an Bilingual Jr. Recruiter for our office in Santa Ana

Duties:

· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

· Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.

· Manage high call volume and greet visitors.

· Maintain the Available List log by adding new associates.

· Initiate application process for incoming applicants.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
