Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Retail Shipping Clerk - USPS Contract Unit Staff to become an integral part of our team You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide USPS products and services to client at our retail location
  • Assist customers in the appropriate service options for their letters and packages
  • Assist customers with shipping inquiries
  • Perform other retail services like faxing, scanning, digital printing, etc

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields helpful but not required
  • Ability to handle physical workload - up to 70# packages from scale to pickup area
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish
