Position Overview: As a Graphic Artist with expertise in packaging design, marketing, social media, and digital content creation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual identity of our brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Packaging Design:
     
    • Develop eye-catching and effective packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  2.  
    • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and printing techniques to ensure cutting-edge and market-relevant packaging solutions.
  3.  
  4. Marketing and Social Media:
     
    • Create visually engaging marketing collateral for various channels, including social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
  5.  
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate graphics for promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.
  6.  
    • Create content for product listings to optimize conversion.

  8. Digital Content Creation:
     
    • Design compelling digital content for online platforms, websites, and e-commerce channels, maintaining a strong focus on user experience and visual appeal.

    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online brand visibility and engagement through visually appealing content.

  11. Branding:
     
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  12.  
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand values and translate them into cohesive visual elements.
  13.  
  14. Print Techniques:
     
    • Apply a deep understanding of print techniques and production processes to ensure the successful execution of designs across various print mediums.

    • Liaise with print vendors to oversee the quality and consistency of printed materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in packaging design and branding for CPG brands.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media trends.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation and optimization for online platforms.
  • Familiarity with print techniques and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
