We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

 

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects. This role will involve collaborating closely with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budget estimates

- Coordinate with the design team to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager

- Act as a liaison between clients and the project team, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions

- Prepare project status reports and present them to stakeholders

- Review project documents and ensure they comply with company and industry standards

- Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments within the company

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Assist with the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management

- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an asset

 Salary: $37.000 to $53,000 yearly
