RPh on the Go is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to work in a closed door mail order pharmacy setting, providing essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy.

General Job Duties:

  • Inventory management, including ordering and receiving medications and supplements
  • Organizing inventory for optimal efficiency and tracking usage
  • Processing prescription refills and entering new prescriptions accurately
  • Creating new packet jobs and operating Euclid Packet Machine
  • Ordering equipment and supplies as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering phones, fulfilling patient requests, and resolving issues
  • Responding to emails and providing pricing information for packets and supplements
  • Daily reporting and logging packages
  • Data entry tasks, including maintaining overnight shipping logs and entering new patient demographic information into pharmacy profiles

Occasional Tasks:

  • Compounding medications
  • Drawing up syringes when necessary
  • Delivering packages to FedEx/UPS designated drop-off locations
  • Retrieving packages from USPS PO Box as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous pharmacy technician experience
  • Active Michigan Technician license
