Actively seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner to join the team

*Contract - W2*

· Work Mode: Remote for candidates located in California

· Benefits available: Medical/Dental/Vision

 

Responsibilities:

  • To analyze complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.

Requirements:

  • California WC claims knowledge

  • Must have OSIP certificate

  • Min. 3 Years of experience

Experience & License: Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience handling CA Workers’ Compensation.
