We’re currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Quality Control Clerk. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, precision, and overall quality of printed materials and direct mail campaigns. This position requires a keen eye for detail, and excellent communications skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process Sample QA forms as required.
  • Update Bindery and Mail status report daily.
  • QC all samples produced in the Pressroom, Bindery & Mailroom
  • QC regular run in Pressroom, Bindery and Mailroom as scheduled - utilizing the QC Inspection report
  • Follow sample Excel documents

·         Band sample shipments when required

·         QC jobs at the beginning of all manufacturing stages

·         Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

·            GED / High School Diploma

·            Knowledge of USPS regulations are helpful

·            Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing

·            Ability to stand for extended period
