Local company is looking for a janitor supervisor – Must have experience working as a supervisor. Job description - Lead our janitorial staff, making sure everything gets cleaned safely and efficiently. Keep an eye on daily tasks and help out when needed. Teach and train new employees on our procedures. . Teach and train new employees on our procedures. Keep the team up-to-date with ongoing training sessions. Make sure all safety and sanitation rules and regulations are followed. Keep the venues clean and safe for everyone. Track inventory of cleaning supplies and keep equipment in good working order. Order inventory with the office. Regularly check on the building’s lights, plumbing, and overall condition. Contact maintenance or office if repairs are needed. Assign tasks based on what needs to be done. Report any issues that need more attention. Will be working odd hours – (will work after events, morning, evening, and afterhours).
