Job DescriptionAs a Field Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair services for our manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for managing a team of field service technicians, ensuring that all service activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field service technicians, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- Service Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee service activities, including installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their service needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of service equipment and manage spare parts inventory.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on service activities, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all service operations adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
