Job DescriptionJob Description

Our Project Managers are the leaders on the job site and need to be detail oriented leaders whose focus is finishing jobs safely while staying on time and on budget. They coordinate the on-site teams to get jobs done in a clean and professional manner that meets specific company standards, and ensures the job is completed on time and on budget. This role will have supervisory responsibilities, so setting and holding standards at each job will be critical. This individual must also possess excellent communication skills with customers and be able to handle and resolve disputes if they arise. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Management Manage the overall job quality to ensure its completed on time, on budget, and the customer is completely satisfied
  • Communicate customer needs/job specific challenges to field crews at each job
  • Maintain open communication with customers to inform them of job progress, delays, uncovered issues, etc.
  • Orders all materials and dumpsters and coordinates pick up and location with vendor and customer
  • Performs site evaluation and layout of home, while assessing roof damages caused by wind or hail
  • Must be able to perform inspection walks with ladders
  • 5+ years experience in the field
  • Ability to speak to insurance adjusters
  • Recruit workers for roofing crews
  • Ensures scheduling and completion of necessary inspections
  • Handle site walkthroughs with customers, at least once at mid project and again at job completion
  • Handles routine Additional Work Orders, ability to communicate with sales for follow up on larger Additional Work Orders
