Goldline CDL Training, LLC is a family-owned company that provides commercial licensing training services to Northeast, Central and Southeast Iowa, and Western Wisconsin.

Our Customer Service Representative position is part of our front-line sales and customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative for Goldline CDL Training, LLC, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and email to connect with and assist customers with their commercial license needs. 

The Customer Service Representative works closely with customers and training representatives to maintain and generate the weekly schedule. You are also responsible for assisting customers with order entry with professionalism and proficiency

This is a part-time position that offers flexibility with wage and commission pay structure.

Responsibilities:

·       Professionally represent the company in a credible manner in speech and written communications

·       Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing customer inquiries, answering questions, concerns, and providing support to enhance the training experience.

·       Communicate any pertinent information to the customers, training representative or appropriate management.

·       Identify customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific services.

·       Develop strong working relationships across the business/functions, as well as with customers and business partners.

·       Maintain a current knowledge of company services, policies and procedures.

·       Gain understanding of and adhere to Accounts Receivables policies and practices.

·       Accurately process and ensure accuracy of customer transactions in order entry system.

·       Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interaction.

·       Accurately maintain and ensure regulatory guidelines are met according to Company, State, and Federal policies.

·       Multitask and work within multiple systems and communication platforms simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

·       High school degree or equivalent

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Proven customer service and organizational skills

·       Measurable accuracy and strong attention to detail

·       Computer proficiency required

·       Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask

·       Demonstrate integrity and honesty

·       Desire to help others

Preferred Qualifications

·       Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
