Are you looking for an active, stable work environment in a manufacturing field?​ A local Agricultural Manufacturer is seeking a Bottling Line Operator for its fast-paced-growing operation in Adel, Georgia. ICL has proven to be a success and has grown into a national and international provider of agricultural products.

I’m interested What will I get to do in this position?

  • Operate bottling line machines/equipment in a correct, safe, and efficient manner.
  •  Detect malfunctions of bottling line machines/equipment and troubleshoot problems correctly and in a timely manner.
  •  Inspect product and packaging materials throughout the various stages for quality to ensure product is bottled and packaged according to quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform and document all reports and product quality inspections in accordance with SOP's.
  • Actively participates and is engaged in safety initiatives, problem solving, Lean, Self-Directed Teams, continuous improvement, and line efficiencies.
  •  Perform changeovers and autonomous maintenance on equipment.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP) are accurately followed and documented.

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  •  Adept at following safety guidelines.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
