POSITION TITLE: Spa Coordinator

Position Description:

You will directly support and/or lead office operations for Blush Aesthetic Bar. This role is essential to coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day functions that keep our spa moving forward. We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to become our next Blush Babe

Provide front-desk coverage by managing phone, greeting guests as they enter, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining a clean, well organized office environment. Responsible for providing superior customer service and sales in all aspects of Blush Aesthetic Bar Spa to ensure that clients receive a memorable and satisfying experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 + year(s) experience in a spa/salon environment and sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Job Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

  • Facilitate the ordering of necessary supplies, equipment, meals, etc. & stock inventory of spa supplies and products
  • Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain a beautiful physical environment in all the areas of the medical spa
  • Responsible for opening and closing the medical spa following standard operating procedures
  • Handle cash register transactions and ensure accurate cash handling

Leadership:

  • Lead office operations by providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations in a timely manner.
  • Participate in general staff meetings, planned /events and/or educational trainings as schedules.
  • Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout.
  • Creativity for social media outreach.

Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall spa experience.
  • Efficiently and cordially answer/respond to customer inquiries educating clients on services/products.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and discusses concerns or problems immediately with management.
  • Schedules and confirms all appointments according to spa protocols in order to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Perform sales transactions and daily cash-outs following company protocols to ensure high standard of accuracy.
  • Assist with client meetings, room set up and appointments.
  • Anticipate, identify and ensure client needs are being met in a friendly and professional manner while ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide thorough and knowledgable information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of medical spa services and of medical-grade skincare product lines carried.
