Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with insurance or other related fields
  • 4-40 CSR License, or higher
  • Good typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Phone Skills
  • Ability to cater to the needs of clients
  • Ability to take detailed messages
  • Ability to Multi-Task
