Working Towards a Brighter Future Provides specialized behavioral interventions for children and adolescents, such as parent training and personalized behavior programming. Our programs are specifically tailored to cater to the requirements of contemporary clientele, including families, children, and teenagers. We are seeking licensed clinicians with qualifications such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, LAMFT, and LSW to join our team as staff therapists in our IIC program. This program operates in the homes of clients, serving individuals aged 3-21 who may exhibit behavioral, developmental, and emotional disruptions. Working Towards a Brighter Future has a contract with the Children's System of Care (CSOC) to provide services to young people and their families, assisting them in addressing their mental health issues.

 

  • We're looking for experienced clinicians, with a minimum of one year working with children and adolescents. Fully licensed therapists preferred LPC, LCSW, LMFT and appropriately licensed LAC, LAMFT, LSW and BA
  • Flexible scheduling majority afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Hourly rates from $40.00/hr. -$85.00/hr.
  • This is an In-home position providing therapy for children and adolescents as part of the New Jersey Children's System of Care.
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
  • Specialties in Substance Abuse, Trauma, Autism Spectrum, and LGBT are preferred, but not required.
  • Full-time, Part-time and Per diem positions available.
  • Complete necessary referrals for additional therapeutic services as deemed appropriate and with the approval of the child and family team.
  • Maintain and submit weekly progress notes and required paperwork.

Independently Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, PsyD) $75-$85/hour

·        Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, AMFT) $65-$70hour

·        (BA’s)- $40- $45/hour
