Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Receives all incoming deliveries into the warehouse and monitors the unloading process

·         Directs material handlers in inventory placement

·         Confirms that packing lists or other related documents match the receipts of goods and materials; verifies counts, records discrepancies and details any damaged incoming freight with corresponding report and pictures

·         Submits completed paperwork to the Receiving Clerk for entry into the ERP system

·         Evaluates complaints related to shipments and takes appropriate action

·         Completes management reports, as needed

·         Assists in other work areas, as needed, during absences/shortages of staff
