Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and digital assets.

  2. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process.

  3. Print Design: Develop print-ready designs and collaborate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.

  4. Networking: Actively participate in networking events and industry gatherings to expand the company's client base and foster new business relationships.

  5. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new business, leveraging existing relationships and actively seeking out potential clients.

  6. Remote Work: Work remotely for the majority of the week, with occasional in-office meetings and collaboration sessions as needed. 1-2 days per week in office.

  7. Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality design work consistently.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and customer relations.

  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.

  3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous print design work and successful client projects.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  5. Proven ability to bring in new business and drive sales through networking and relationship-building.

  6. Located within a 50-mile radius of Morgantown, WV

  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.
