- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and update client information in the database
- Assist with filling out necessary paperwork for new clients
- Provide basic information about the clinic's services and procedures
- Coordinate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
