Accounts Receivable/Billing

  • Create and issue invoices for customers
  • Process credit memos
  • Prepare account statements
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Prepare Monthly billing reports
  • Manage account balances and resolve inconsistencies
  • Assist Accounting department with preparation of financial reports
  • Update accounting records with issued invoices, new balances and customer contact information and filing

Accounts Payable

  • Review and enter vendor bills into accounting system and file
  • Check prices on vendor bills for accuracy
  • Check bill of lading against purchase orders for receiving material

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • Associate Degree

OR

  • 2 to 4 yr degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 5 to 8 years experience in accounting/billing and office administration
