We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive our success

Position Overview: As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant’s operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, managing and developing a dedicated team, and achieving business goals. Your leadership and management skills will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates, ensuring a positive work environment and high levels of staff engagement and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while meeting sales goals.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members to ensure skills and performance align with company standards.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and engage with the local community to drive business growth.
