Travel Safe is seeking a highly organized and proactive candidate to help run the company operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently. Company Description

Travel Safe specializes in data center and switch site interior demolition, build-back & restoration, environmental recycling, and the purchase and sale of used electrical and mechanical equipment. When a large company needs to decommission or relocate a technologically complex work site they call Travel Safe.

Responsibilities:

- Provide operations support to the leadership team.

- Spearheading special projects, operational initiatives and events as needed.

- Act as a liaison between our company, customers, and suppliers

- Ability to assist in project coordination

- Organize and prioritize incoming information, emails, and phone calls.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Assist with the sale and shipment of Travel Safe products

- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

 

Qualifications:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 

Schedule:

8:00 – 5:00

Monday to Friday

 

Compensation:

- $19- $27 an hour

 

Work Location:

This is a full-time position working in Travel Safe's Arlington Texas office.

Travel Safe's headquarters in Arlington is a couple minutes from Texas Live, Six Flags, Cowboys and Rangers stadiums, and many of the other main attractions in the city.
