About the Role:

Premier Health & Wellness is seeking a physically fit and motivated Director of Patient Acquisition to join our dynamic team. This role involves patient acquisition and outside sales, requiring an individual who can effectively manage patient relations while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must have medical sales or insurance experience to understand the nuances of patient acquisition and retention in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new patients.
    • Cultivate relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
    • Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective patients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical sales or insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, and light physical activity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and CRM software.
